The marina has 47 wet slips as well as bulkhead space for about 10 boats, depending on size (recommended maximum draft is 6 ft.). The use of the swimming pool, water and charge accounts at the Docks Store are included in the very reasonable slip rents ($153.00 to $310.00 per month). There is a $20.00 per month live-aboard fee. Electricity is metered with the local power company and paid by the tenant.
Transient rates are as follows:

On the Bulkhead
Boats up to 27 feet $8 per day
Up to 33 feet $10 per day
Up to 38 feet $12 per day
Over 38 feet $15 per day
Slips (when available) $15 per day
(Weekly rate = 6 days' rate)

Electricity
$5 per day without air conditioning
$10 per day with air conditioning

We have four slips available. One will handle a boat up to 30 ft. and runs $193.00/mo. Two will fit boats up to 34', and run $250/mo. One will hold a boat up to 46 feet, and it is $286/mo. There is bulkhead area for rent for $90.00/mo. Call or e-mail for information.
